		<description>Wally  - great advice and although basic one that needs hammering home all the time! Last week 10% of the CVs I reviewed had no contact details on! Another 28% had serious grammatical errors  or typos. This was for senior level director positions. 

 I have a list of horror stories that leave me incredulous, as do most search professionals  - but they continue to happen. Best one was  a candidate who answered his mobile ( cell) phone at an interview lunch while sitting at the table!    He was not successful.
