Very timely post for me. I plan to apply to George Washington University in Washington, DC. They have a graduate level leadership development program that can be applied to a masters degree in human resource development. It allows a little flexibility. I plan to move forward with my plans because of the flexibility. I am currently working on my statement of purpose and would appreciate any guidance you can offer.
